Mr. Odish graduated from the University of Michigan Business School in 1992, Summa Cum Laude, with an academic focus in the areas of real estate, finance, and international business. Additionally, he graduated from the University of Michigan Law School, Cum Laude, in 1995. He is a licensed attorney in the State of Michigan having been admitted in the year of 1995 and is currently a member in good standing with the state bar. Subsequent to his academic endeavors, Mr. Odish joined a prominent law firm but eventually set up his own firm as well as a business consulting concern while acting as a founding member and managing director of a venture capital group with offices in New York and Los Angeles in 2003. Given Mr. Odish’s dedicated work ethic and background, he has gained a tremendous amount of experience in the areas of finance, deal structure, and business acquisitions both domestically and abroad. Furthermore, his work experience has afforded him the significant benefit of having cultivated relationships with prominent clients, individuals and renowned firms which facilitate a variety of business transactions ranging from energy, to real estate,  gaming and resort development as well as other business sectors.
